This case study on Venom will demonstrate the power of various Clear Concepts tools such as Email Mining, RSVP list management, gallery uploads
VenomSeattle.com launched in the winter of 2006 as one of the first clients of
Clear Concepts Internet Marketing. Since inception, Venom has collected over 3000 email addresses, posted over 100
photo galleries and has recently launched a new text messaging campaign to effectively reach their night club audience.
Venom is a solid case study of an internet marketing solution implemented by
Clear Concepts Seattle Web Design. First, they ensure that their
events are up to date. For each event where they feel they need an extra "push" the also post a
Guest List which people can sign up for free cover before 11:30pm. For large events,
Venom uses their 6000 person email list of which over half were collected online to send out email marketing campaigns approximately 1-2 times per month. Finally, at most events,
Venom uses a photographer to take pictures, sometimes upwards of 100 + per event. For large events such as New Year's Eve,
Venom used online ordering to sell over 200 advance purchase tickets.
The result,
Venom averages, 100,000 page views per month with over 3,200 unique users. Since inception, they have had over 1300
reservation inquiries and 680 people signed up for
RSVP lists. ROI? the average ticket per person is about $18. Assuming about a 30% booking rate averaging 10 people per party, conservative estimated revenue is upwards of $108,000 generated from the web.
